Manufactured by CNC punching holes on solid whole plates, perforated plate boasts far higher rigidity than woven stainless steel mesh, nickel mesh and low-carbon mesh. It features impact resistance, wear resistance, no material adhesion or winding, serving as mainstream plate material for heavy-duty sieving, equipment protection and architectural decoration.

I. Common Materials (Same material system as previous wire meshes)

1. Q235 Low-carbon Iron Plate / Cold Rolled Plate: Lowest cost; bare plate prone to rust, hot-dip galvanizing or plastic spraying available for rust prevention; for equipment guards, grain silo sieve plates and ordinary barriers.

2. Galvanized Perforated Plate (SGCC): Pre-galvanized for rust resistance from factory; applied for indoor ventilation, cabinet guards and ceiling sound-absorbing panels.

3. 304/316L Stainless Steel Perforated Plate: Acid & alkali resistant, rust-proof and high temperature resistant; for food filtration, chemical filter plates, seawater service conditions and strong alkali equipment (partial replacement for nickel plate).

4. Pure Nickel Perforated Plate (N6/N4): Resistant to concentrated strong alkali and conductive; for hydrogen production electrolytic cell plates and strong alkali chemical filtration (matching performance of nickel wire mesh).

5. Aluminum Perforated Plate (1060/5052): Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and attractive appearance; for curtain wall facades, decorative ceilings and air conditioner vents.

II. Hole Shapes & Specifications

Mainstream hole shapes

Round hole (most widely used), square hole, slotted hole, hexagonal hole, fish-scale hole; custom special patterned holes are available.

· Plate thickness: 0.3～20mm; Hole diameter: 0.5～100mm; Standard sheet sizes 1m×2m, 1.25m×2.5m; bendable, cuttable and rollable for processing.

· Open area ratio: Customized from 10%～60% (larger holes mean faster ventilation and material passing but lower structural strength).
