I. Material Structure

Base material: plain woven mesh of low carbon steel wire, aluminum alloy wire and 304 stainless steel wire; the surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder at high temperature and cured to form a protective film.

· Industrial type: carbon steel / aluminum base material (special for filter elements); household type: stainless steel base material (anti-theft window screen).

Standard colors: black, white, light gray, custom colored epoxy coatings are available.

II. Core Performance Advantages

1. Excellent rust and corrosion resistance: fully wrapped epoxy isolates moisture, acid, alkali and salt spray, far superior to ordinary galvanized iron wire mesh, no rust for 5~10 years of outdoor service;

2. Shapable and flexible: wire intersections are consolidated after spraying with regular mesh holes, bendable and foldable without springback, suitable for pleating processing of filter elements;

3. High cost performance: the price is about 1/3 of 304 stainless steel mesh, light weight, easy to cut and install;

4. Eco-friendly and non-toxic: food-grade epoxy coating optional, odorless, oil-resistant and easy to wipe clean.

III. Two Major Application Categories

1. Industrial Filtration (Main Application)

Inner support mesh for hydraulic / air filters (engine oil filter elements, air compressor filter elements, construction machinery filters), standard material for filter element frames; common mesh counts: 18×14, 22×20, 16×16 mesh, wire diameter 0.17~0.25mm, roll width 0.3~1.5m, roll length 100~300m.

2. Civil Household Decoration

High-transmittance anti-theft window screens, insect-proof screens (residential and villa protection), replacing iron screens, balancing mosquito prevention, anti-prying and light transmission; common specifications: 14×14, 16×14, 18×18 mesh, stock widths 0.915m/1m/1.2m.
