Metal mesh fabricated from 201/304/316/316L/310S stainless steel wire via weaving, electric welding, crimping and other processes. It features acid & alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and rust-proof performance, mainly applied for four major purposes: filtration, sieving, protection and isolation.

I. Main Classifications (By Processing Technology)

1. Plain Weave Mesh (Most Widely Used)

Warp and weft wires interlace one over one under, with square and uniform mesh apertures. Mesh count ranges from 1 mesh to 600 mesh, suitable for fine filtration of liquid/gas and particle sieving.

2. Twill Weave Mesh

Double-layer interlaced structure with compact mesh surface, high mesh count (300~2800 mesh), applied for ultra-fine precision filtration and hydraulic oil filtration.

3. Dutch Weave Mesh (Reverse Dutch Mesh)

Thick warp wires matched with thin weft wires, offering micron-level filtration precision, maximum mesh count over 5000 mesh, used for precision filter cartridges and pharmaceutical purification.

4. Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh

Wires are fixed by spot welding at intersections, featuring neat and sturdy apertures, applied for protective fences, breeding nets and mechanical equipment guards.

5. Crimped Wire Mesh / Chain Link Mesh

Wires are pre-crimped before weaving with strong tensile resistance, used for mine sieving, building protection and slope protection.

II. Specification Parameters

· Mesh count: 1 mesh (large aperture) ~ 3000 mesh (ultra-fine aperture); higher mesh count means smaller aperture and finer filtration;

· Wire diameter: 0.02mm~3.0mm; thicker wire brings higher mesh structural strength;

· Width: standard sizes 0.914m/1m/1.2m/1.5m, standard roll length 30 meters; sheet cutting and edge wrapping processing available on demand.
